NHL Status Report: Injuries and Lineup Changes

St. Louis Blues
- Dylan Holloway will be out for six weeks with a right ankle injury, as announced before the game against the Nashville Predators. He has 17 points in 33 games this season.
- Alexey Toropchenko has been activated from injured reserve after missing seven games due to burns on his legs. He has one goal and one assist in 17 games.
New York Rangers
- Mika Zibanejad will be scratched against the Anaheim Ducks after missing a team meeting. Coach Mike Sullivan expressed understanding and emphasized the importance of team rules.
- Matt Rempe, out since October 23 due to an upper-body injury, is expected to play.
Pittsburgh Penguins
- Stuart Skinner and Brett Kulak have been added to the active roster and could make their debut against the Edmonton Oilers. Skinner has an 11-8-4 record with a 2.83 GAA and .891 save percentage.
- Sergei Musharov has been reassigned to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the AHL.
Detroit Red Wings
- Patrick Kane will miss at least two games with an upper-body injury, considered day-to-day.
- John Leonard was recalled from the AHL and sent Erik Gustafsson to the AHL. Leonard leads the AHL with 19 goals in 20 games.
Toronto Maple Leafs
- Joseph Woll could return against the Chicago Blackhawks after missing four games with a lower-body injury. He practiced fully on Monday.
- Chris Tanev, who missed four games due to a concussion, is feeling good and will be monitored day-to-day.
Los Angeles Kings
- Quinton Byfield and Phillip Danault are both ill and will not play against the Dallas Stars. Byfield is second in assists and third in points for the Kings.
Tampa Bay Lightning
- Ryan McDonagh, who hasn't played since November 8 due to an undisclosed injury, is now day-to-day. He has six points in 15 games.
- Andrei Vasilevskiy, out with an undisclosed injury, is hoped to play before Christmas.
- Emil Lilleberg was placed on injured reserve and is week-to-week.
Dallas Stars
- Nils Lundkvist will return against the Kings after missing two games with an illness. He has three points in six games.
- Tyler Seguin, with an ACL injury, is set for reevaluation and potential surgery. His coach had previously expressed doubt about his return this season.
