Disney, in a gesture of kindness, offered Adam a free one-night stay at their Art of Animation Resort. However, they also issued a warning, stating that he would be trespassed if he stayed on the property without booking a room.
"Adam stated his intention to return to New Jersey via Amtrak in two days, but he lacked the financial means and had no lodging plans," the sheriff's report noted. Somehow, Adam managed to return home, but not before causing his mother distress and leaving her with unanswered questions.
Since then, Adam has escaped again, and his mother's frustration with the lack of information from the police is palpable.
